Michael Jackson is my all time favorite musician/singer of all time. I learned to sing by listening to Thriller on repeat as a child. I never got to see the "King Of Pop" live in concert, but soon we may have the chance to see him perform in another way, through holographic technology.

With the return of the Detroit Music Weekend June 14 through Sunday, June 17, comes a free, 75 minute concert featuring The Jackson 5.  Tito, Marlon, Jackie, and Jermaine will be playing Saturday, June 16 according to Metro Times, with a set list full of hits, which will pay tribute to their late brother and former vocalist Michael Jackson "through use of revolutionary digital technology," as they say. Saturday will be free to the public and will full of free outdoor performances across five stages from Paradise Valley Park to Capitol Park.

Is that insinuating that they plan on having a holograph of Michael Jackson singing to their live show? I can only speculate but either way I'm gonna be in town to watch and witness it first hand. In addition to the over 400 performers, Mark Farner from Detroit Band Grand Funk Railroad and actor Jeff Daniels will be taking the stage as well.
