It's a good day at work when you get to meet an alligator and go home with 10 fingers.

Lina and Peter Critchlow wrangled Wally the gator out of his home at Critchlow Alligator Sanctuary and brought him to our radio station for a visit. Take a look at the video and learn more about Wally who I was surprised to find out is 7 years old.

They have about 130 alligators of all shapes and sizes at Critchlow Alligator Sanctuary in Athens, and you can visit and feed them and watch the staff train them. A special alligator release is planned for April 28 and 29 where you can help the gators move from their indoor exhibits to outdoor summer homes.

Watch the video and find out more about alligators in our back yard at Critchlow Alligator Sanctuary and see Wally in the K102.5 studio. (I should have asked it Wally and some of his friends wanted to be a part of the Kalamazoo Mud Run this year.)
