Kalamazoo Speedway to Expand Family Section

The no smoking, no drinking "family section' at Kalamazoo Speedway will triple in 2016.

According to their Facebook page, Kalamazoo Speedway is looking to become more family-friendly in 2016.

With over 5,000 available seats, the track owners have decided to expand the no smoking, no drinking "family section" to include approximately 1,000 of them.

Most Facebook fans think this is a great idea, with the "likes" well over 300 as of this writing. Race fan Jeanette Sloan summed it up like this:

I think it's good for all. People with children who do have a problem with people drinking and smoking can go and still enjoy. People who want to drink or smoke can also now do so with less stank eye glares and enjoy themselves. Win win.
