Have you failed at your New Year's resolutions?  Go ahead, start over!

We're only 13 days into 2014 and you don't have to be a failure all year long.  Maybe you were a little too ambitious or too vague in your New year's Resolutions.  Take time to rethink: narrow things down, keep it simple...or, just start over.

Don't get discouraged, you don't have to do everything, all you have to do is something!

If Kolby gave up after not losing any weight in 13 days or not hiking as many times a week as he "said" he would, we wouldn't have this powerful video.
