According to a poll conducted by GNC, most people tend to abandon their resolutions after three weeks. Here is a list of the top 10.

1-Spend more time with family

More then 50% of Americans vowed to spend more time with family and friends.

(no electronics to be used during this time)

2-Health and fitness

Studies show that regular exercise can reduce the risk of certain cancers, increase longevity and enhance your mood.

(this has been a personal struggle for me as the video will show)

3-Loose weight

More then 66% of Americans are overweight. So, it's not surprising to see weight loss at the top of this list.

4-Quit smoking

Even if you have tried and failed in the past, don't let that get you down. On average, smokers will fail about four times before finally kicking the habit.

5-Enjoy life more

Given our busy lifestyle's, it's no wonder we want to take more time to 'smell the roses'.
