Luke Bryan Celebrating New Nashville Bar With Free Concert
Luke Bryan is celebrating the grand opening of his 32 Bridge Food + Drink restaurant and bar in Nashville with a free concert on Lower Broadway. The show is set for Sept. 10.
According to the Tennessean, Bryan will take over the area in front of his new venue -- located at 301 Broadway, on the corner of Third Avenue -- for a full concert that night. The event is scheduled to begin at 6:30PM; parking will be available at Nissan Stadium.
"I’ve been looking forward to this for some time," Bryan says. "Couldn’t think of a better way to kick this place off than to have a big party right on the streets of Broadway."
Luke's 32 Bridge Food + Drink, located in the American National Bank Building, features 30,000 square feet of entertainment space, including eight inside bars, a multi-level rooftop bar, four stages and two restaurants. Bryan partnered with TC Restaurant Group to open the establishment, which draws its name from the Route 32 Bridge in Lee County, Ga., near Bryan's childhood home. Bryan has name-checked the bridge in song ("Kick the Dust Up," for example), and his clothing line with Cabela's is named after the bridge as well.
Bryan last played a free show in downtown Nashville in June of 2017, before Game 6 of the Nashville Predators vs. Pittsburgh Penguins Stanley Cup Final series. That event, which found Bryan performing on the rooftop of Tootsie's, also located on Lower Broadway, attracted 60,000 people, the Tennessean reports.
