Domestic violence is not just a problem in the NFL.  It's not just a women's issue either.

Men, it's time to Walk A Mile In Her Shoes.

Saturday, October 11 is the 7th annual event and 5k Fun Run and Walk to support S.A.F.E. Place. It's an event that I am proud to have been a part of since 2009.

Men get a chance to literally walk a mile in her shoes by slipping into high heels and suffering through a one mile walk to show support and raise money for S.A.F.E. Place.

S.A.F.E. Place in Battle Creek is committed to helping victims of domestic abuse and their families in Barry, Eaton and Calhoun Counties.
