To mark the release of their new album Welcome Home, the Zac Brown Band will be taking over SiriusXM's Y2Kountry station for an entire week. To sweeten the deal, the band will be broadcasting their two sold-out hometown Welcome Home Tour stops live on the channel.

From May 12 at 4PM ET through midnight on May 21, Y2Kountry will be renamed Zac Brown Band Radio. The channel will feature music from throughout ZBB's career, including songs from Welcome Home and some live and unreleased music. The playlist will also include tunes from the artists that the band cites as influences; lsteners will hear music from the Eagles, Jimmy Buffett, James Taylor and more.

On May 12 and 13 at 8PM ET, fans can tune into Zac Brown Band Radio to hear the band perform live in Alpharetta, Ga., at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre. The two shows are the first on ZBB's Welcome Home Tour; the Saturday night show will also be streamed live on Twitter, a first for the social media site.

In addition to being the day of Zac Brown Band Radio's launch and the date of the first show on the band's Welcome Home Tour, May 12 is also the release date for Welcome Home. Fans can learn more about ZBB's Y2Kountry takeover on SiriusXM.com.
