Olivia Newton-John fans hoping to catch the singer live in concert this month will have to wait, as she has canceled all scheduled tour dates for May. A Facebook post explains that Newton-John has been dealing with health issues.

"We are so sorry to announce that the Olivia concerts scheduled for May will be postponed due to a bad issue with Olivia's sciatica," the post from management reads. "Once the dates are rescheduled we will post the new dates ASAP. Apologies for any inconvenience."

Perhaps best known for her role as Sandy in the 1978 film adaptation of the musical Grease, in which she co-starred with John Travolta, Newton-John was a longtime fixture in the music world, as well. In the early 1970s, the singer-songwriter saw recognition from the ACM Awards, where she was named Most Promising Female Vocalist and later as Top Female Vocalist. Additionally, the CMA Awards recognized the singer in 1974 as Female Vocalist of the Year.

Even the Recording Academy shared their approval — Newton-John's performance of “Let Me Be There” earned her a Grammy for Female Country Vocal and her album of the same name was given the trophy for Favorite Country Album at the American Music Awards in 1974.

The singer has recorded nearly 30 albums in her career. Most recently, she released Liv On in 2016. The collaborative grief and healing album had the singer teaming up with Beth Nielsen Chapman and Amy Sky. She also released a Christmas album that year.
