Wooden Shoes and Running Shoes

A 25k run and then junk food to celebrate!

After running the Kalamazoo Marathon last weekend, I'm headed to run the streets of Grand Rapids in the 5/3rd River Bank Run 25k.

Following the race it's back to my hometown of Holland for the Tulip Festival.

Of course it features a huge parade with bands from around the state but the elephant ears, pizza on a stick and funnel cakes are all a part of the fun.
