Tri, Tri again!

I had a great time finishing my 2nd triathlon of 2014.

Have you ever been up to Yankee Springs Recreation Area?  It is beautiful country up there and I got to see about 26 miles of it in the Switchback Endurance Yankee Springs Off-Road Triathlon on November 8.

Of course, it's a little cold for swimming this time of year, so this race begins in kayaks.

As you may be able to tell, I had a lot of fun!  The only disappointment:  my time was ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME as last year.
