Nobody from around here says "Kalamazoo's" like that.

We're used to out-of-towners getting hung up on the pronunciation of Westnedge (hint: there is no East Nedge) and some people still say "Battle Crick" but this WordBox YouTube video purporting to say how to pronounce "Kalamazoo's" gets it all wrong.

"Kalamazoo's" does not rhyme with "noose."
