Spring Cleanup Time

It's time to air out the house and work on the yard again!

We made it through another bitterly cold Michigan Winter and it looks like Spring has finally gained a foothold in Kalamazoo.

Driving around over the weekend, I couldn't help but notice the number of people working outside preparing flowerbeds and gardens and getting the yard into shape.

There was plenty of evidence of inside work, too, as all sorts of things were lined up at the curb for pickup.

I live in Comstock and the township is working on it now. The City of Kalamazoo's Spring pickup program is also happening right now, and Portage starts on April 20.

So open up the windows, let the fresh air in, and get all the old stuff out.
