The Mackinac Island State Park Commission is conducting a rare auction of three adjoining lots on Mackinac Island.

The auction is being conducted via sealed bid. Bids are due July 27.

The properties are part of Hubbard's Annex, one of the first summer communities in the United States. It was formed in 1882. Learn more about its history.

The lots are at the corner of Holt St. and Lake View Blvd. The lots range from 7,351 square feet to 8,554 square feet. See the full survey.

Sealed bids must be received by July 27, 2017. They will be opened July 28 in a witnessed bid opening. The minimum bid is $248,400.
