Six seasons, two network homes and countless dramatic moments later, Nashville will officially sing its final note when the series finale airs on CMT on Thursday (July 26). And while longtime fans are preparing to say goodbye to their favorite characters, the cast is feeling just as sentimental about the show's departure.

Speaking to Taste of Country and other media before the Nashville In Concert Final Season Celebration at the Grand Ole Opry, many of the cast members opened up about how their time on the show has impacted them.

Jonathan Jackson couldn't help but reflect on the major life changes he got to witness his cast mates go through, while newcomers Kaitlin Doubleday and Rainee Blake both agreed on how welcome they felt on set. Lennon and Maisy Stella said they are thankful for the lessons they learned during the life-changing experience, and that it's helped them grow exponentially. And one can always count on Charles Esten to share the utmost sincerity when talking about his Nashville family.
