What: Kalamazoo Antique Auto Restorers Club Mid-Winter Swap Meet

  • When: Saturday 8-4 and and Sunday 8-1
  • Where: Kalamazoo County Expo Center, 2900 Lake Street, Kalamazoo
  • How Much: $7 per person per day, kids 16 and under are free
  • "This ain't no flea market" proclaims the flyer for the Kalamazoo Antique Auto Restorers Club (KAARC) Mid-Winter Auto Swap Meet.

    Since 1963, enthusiasts have been gathering on the first Saturday in February for what is now one of the largest events of its kind, covering over 52,000 square feet of the Kalamazoo Expo Center.

    The first KAARC swap meet was held at the corner of Westnedge and Michigan Avenue in Kalamazoo. The following year, 1964, they expanded to the Engel VW Dealership at Crosstown and Vine Streets.  Today, more than 50 years later, you'll find over 200 vendors offering auto, truck, muscle, race, rod, boat, tractor parts, accessories tools and memorabilia, heated and indoors at Kalamazoo County Expo Center.

    Hours are 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. Saturday, February 6 and 8 a.m.- 1 p.m. on Sunday, February 7. Admission is $7 for adults, 16 and under are free.
