Lupita’s Salsa Factory Set to Open in Battle Creek

After selling salsa for many years at the Kalamazoo Farmers Market for more than a decade, Lupita's Salsa Factory has opened a restaurant in Battle Creek.

Lupita's currently is holding a 'soft opening' at their location on Capital Avenue SW, just south of Territorial.

According to the Kalamazoo Farmers Market, who shared the good news on Facebook,

15 years ago, Lupita's Salsa Factory started selling at the market with the goal of someday opening a restaurant. The dream has come true....

The soft-opening menu includes tacos, enchillidas and chimichungas. And lunch items include rice, beans, and of course, chips and salsa.
