Kalamazoo Gets Another Starbucks

East-siders and Comstock residents will soon be able to get their fix; a Starbucks is opening on Gull near Sprinkle Road.

We know Kalamazoo is a beer town, but it's got some great coffee too: Biggby, Black Owl, Water Street and the unique Walnut & Park Coffee House.

Until now, if you were on the East side of town and wanted an Iced Hazelnut Macchiato , you had to drive to the Starbucks on Stadium or hit the Target on West Main or the D&W on Parkview near Oakland Drive on the South side. Starbucks has hoisted the banners on a brand new location in a new storefront on Gull Road, just NE of Sprinkle- right between the plaza housing North 11 and the Panera Bread/Pizza Hut building.

No word yet on the opening date or who the neighbors will be but we're hearing rumors of a Noodles and Company- you can bet we will keep watching.
