It’s Like ‘The Amazing Race’ in the Snow- Michigan Adventure Racing’s Winter Edition 2017 [Video]

On January 28, 2017, pathfinders, explorers and daredevils of all ages gathered for Michigan Adventure Racing's Winter Edition- the largest race of it's kind in the United States. Adventure Racing is my favorite competition. I have yet to win one but I learn something new each time and the experience is always fun. Even though this race was at the same location as 2016, a new layout and updated challenges made it a whole new undertaking.

My longest race so far has been 5 1/2 hours in Muskegon/Spring Lake/Grand Haven. Our team has grown to 3 members and our next challenge is 12 hours at Ludington on May 20. If I make it back I'll be sure to share some pictures and video.
