Help make Arthur's birthday wish come true!

Arthur is Frankie Ballard's biggest little fan, and all he wants for his third birthday on Monday is for Frankie to say, "Hi!"

Amber Sherman and her son Arthur listen to Kalamazoo's Country every day.

I'm not sure who Amber's favorite artist is, but take one listen to Arthur singing "Sunshine and Whiskey," and there's no doubt that this little guy loves Frankie Ballard!

Mom told me that Arthur asked for her to film him singing and send it to us so that Frankie might see it and wish him a "Happy Birthday" on Monday, Feb. 23.
