Nashville star Hayden Panettiere had no problem selling her luxurious home in one of the city's most upper-crust neighborhoods. The house includes some very unusual features.

The actor and singer has listed her four-bedroom, five-bathroom, nearly 5,000-square-foot home in Nashville's exclusive Green Hills neighborhood in August of 2018 for $1.65 million, which, according to Trulia.com, would break down into monthly payments of $8,093. She sold it at full price in October.

Built in 2012, the luxury home is an iPad controlled smart house with Lutron lighting, audio and security throughout. There's also a heated pool and hot tub, sauna, fitness room, energy efficient shatterproof windows, remote controlled gate and more.

Panettiere's house also has some quirky features. When she showed People magazine around the place in 2017, she called her giant aquarium "my happy place," and her living room shelves are filled with wood. The dining room features wallpaper and an overall motif of being underwater, topped off with an unusual light fixture she compares to a sea urchin.

The house also features a nursery that was custom designed for Panettiere's daughter, Kaya, whose father is Ukranian boxer Wladimir Klitschko. There's a massive walk-in closet, and the large, well-appointed kitchen centers around an imposing island with a built-in sink and eating counter with stools.

The exterior of the house boasts amenities including a deck, detached garage, patio, porch and sprinkler system. Michelle Maldonado from Parks Realty was the listing agent for the house, which went on the market shortly after Nashville wrapped its final season and production closed in its namesake city. Panettiere later reportedly split from Klitschko as well.
