It's going to be a crazy weekend in downtown Grand Rapids. Not only is it 5th 3rd Riverbank Run weekend, but there are just a few concerts, like Garth Brooks. It's all Garth Brooks since he has six concerts this weekend. So, it's vitally important that you concert goers read this from the Van Andel Arena.

If you're coming to any of the Friday and Saturday shows, HEADS UP! This is a little lengthy, but it will save you much pain and headache.

First of all, ARRIVE EARLY!

Double check your tickets/order confirming you are attending the correct show time

DOORS OPEN: 5:30 PM

SHOW TIME: 7:00 PM (There will be no opening act. Garth will take the stage at 7 p.m.)

ENTRANCE: Fans may enter through all entrances of Van Andel Arena (front lobby, Skywalk, and VIP suite entrance.) No re-entry is permitted. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow extra time for security procedures.

TICKETS: Fans are encouraged to pick up will call tickets in advance of the show date. The Van Andel Arena box office is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. The box office will open at 12:00 PM on Saturday. On show day, the box office will remain open until after the 10:30 PM show starts.

CREDIT CARD ENTRY TICKET INFO:
Guests who have purchased Credit Card Entry tickets will need to make sure their entire party enters at the same time. Upon reaching the turnstiles, the card owner will need to present the card used to purchase the tickets as well as a photo ID. The credit card will be swiped by a ticket taker and passes with your section and seat number(s) will be printed. You must enter the venue immediately after.

MOBILE DELIVERY TICKET INFO:
Guests who have purchased Mobile Delivery tickets will need to make sure their entire party enter at the same time, as all tickets are sent in one PDF file. Mobile PDF files must be read from a mobile phone, they cannot be printed on paper.

PARKING INFO: Carpooling is highly encouraged. For parking information during Garth Brooks, please refer to this PDF document.

CAMERA POLICY: No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment are prohibited unless authorized by the promoter and/or Garth Brooks.

Specifically, the use of the following equipment is not permitted:
• Telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind
• Interchangeable lenses of any kind
• Monopods, tripods or selfie sticks
• Flash equipment of any kind
• Audio-Video recording

BAG POLICY: All large bags, i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the arena. Purses, diaper bags and other small bags are subject to search prior to entry. Small umbrellas that can fit under your seat will be permitted should the weather cause a need for one.

SECURITY POLICY: ALL patrons are subject to bag checks, pat downs, and wand search prior to entering the venue. To make the process as quick and smooth as possible, please unzip jackets as you enter the building. Guests should leave all prohibited items in their car or home.

FOOD/BEVERAGE: Patrons are NOT allowed to bring outside food/beverage into the arena.

The Intermission Restaurant will open at 5:00 PM. The restaurant is open to all ticket holders, and reservations are recommended. To check availability and make your reservation, please call (616) 742-6453.

EXITING: All patrons will be asked to exit Van Andel Arena at the nearest exit immediately following the conclusion of this show in order to allow for preparations for the second show.

For the late shows, here's the info.

STAGING AREAS: Fulton St. and Ottawa St. will be closed to hold patrons waiting to enter the arena for the 10:30 PM show times.

DOORS OPEN: Doors are expected to open at 10:00 PM, but due to the nature of live performances, the opening of doors could be delayed

SHOW TIME: 10:30 PM

ENTRANCE: Once the venue has been cleared from the first performance we will prep the venue to open doors for the 10:30 performance. All entrances will be open for the 10:30 PM show (front lobby, Skywalk, and VIP entrances.)
