You got slimed! Derek Jeter's last visit to Kalamazoo at the end of August 2016 came in conjunction with Nickelodeon.

MLive reports Nickelodeon made a $10,000 donation to Jeter's Leaders; a program designed "to promote healthy lifestyles, academic achievement, and social change activism among high school students" and a part of Derek Jeter's Turn 2 Foundation.

The New York Yankees superstar was happy to be back in his hometown and helping Kalamazoo kids get active.
