WMU Coach P.J. Fleck, Football Players Have Special Gift for Supergirl in Kalamazoo Hospital
Coach P.J. Fleck brought a couple of Western Michigan University football players to visit, Livi, a very special girl at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.
Watch as Coach Fleck gives Livi superpowers to fight not only type 1 diabetes, but to battle fear and insecurity.
The WMU Bronco football chief produced 2 "magical" coins and gave them to the well-composed child. He tells her the first coin stands for F.A.M.I.L.Y.
- Forget
- About
- Me
- I
- Love
- You
Coach calls the second a "compass coin" and encourages Livi,
"Anytime you are worried or you're scared of anything, you hold on to those coins...and then you will have the power of 105 football players."

Livi's response is priceless.
Mom's video might just bring a tear to your eye which can quickly be countered by rowing the boat with a brand new reason to cheer for Western Michigan University football.
