Our Wet Nose Wednesday video series has been finding forever homes for pets currently lodged at the SPCA of Southwest Michigan.

Many of the cats (and there are many cats) come from hoarding situations, where the owner simply has too many cats to care for. This behavior is most often characterized as a mental disorder rather than cruelty to animals.

Animals from these circumstances are often very social, like Tory, but sometimes tend to be "escape artists" according to SPCA Executive Director Katie Timber.

If you’d like to share your home and your love with Tory or any other cats or dogs available for adoption, contact the SPCA of Southwest Michigan or browse all of our Wet Nose Wednesday videos.
