Walker Hayes is planning to return to the road at the end of the month, following a grieving period for his seventh child, who died the day she was born (June 6). As he confirmed on Twitter, he'll be back to work June 27, with all announced dates still on the books.

Hayes will be hitting Ohio that Friday, and will play a handful of shows in July, followed by three more (one each in the months of August, September, and October). That's all he has listed for the time being; fans can check here for any dates that might be added in the future.

Hayes and his wife Laney have three sons and three daughters, and were expecting the birth of their newest addition, Oakleigh Klover, on June 8. No reason has been given for the baby's passing.

Hayes also recently decided to bring his single "Craig" to life with the launch of a new charitable campaign. The country singer has started an effort called the "Be a Craig" Fund that generates money for people in need and recognizes the everyday heroes of the world.

Hayes' friend, Craig, inspired the song with a selfless acts of kindness that changed the country singer's life. Hayes and his family were in a time of need, financially, and a man named Craig donated a van to them so the father of many could have a safe vehicle to transport his kids.
