The Coolest Thing I Witnessed In Michigan During The Eclipse
Michigan didn't see a full eclipse but that doesn't mean we didn't see something spectacular, If you knew where to look. On Monday, I tried several different ways to view and photograph the eclipse. I put a filter from the eclipse glasses in front of my phone camera and saw nothing. I used a 360 to catch any changes in the landscape and saw nothing. My best results came from a pair of binoculars mounted on a tripod and projecting the image on a sheet of foam board. Then I noticed the shadows from the trees. Check out my results in this gallery.
