Talons Out Honor Flight

Shake the hand of a hero Saturday in Kalamazoo.

Talons Out is a volunteer non-profit organization with the goal to fly World War II Veterans to Washington, D.C. at no cost to the Veterans.

Be at the Air Zoo to welcome these heroes home one more time as they return home to Kalamazoo from their trip to the nation's capital.

Time is running out for many of "the greatest generation" as World War II veterans are now in their late 80's and early 90's.

Entertainment and sign-making begins at 7 p.m. and the flight is expected to tough-down at approximately 9:15.
