St. Pat’s Parade Pics

Once again, the Irish American Club of Kalamazoo put on a great St. Patrick's Day parade!

Everyone is Irish for a day and the St. Patrick's Day tradition also gives everyone the chance to dress up like an idiot.

It was a little chilly Saturday morning and I was cold just looking at those guys in kilts.

(Not that dressing up in a kilt makes you an idiot.)

Thankfully we didn't have to line up next to the bagpipers like we did last year; sometimes I think that the only time they practice is when they are waiting for the parade to begin.

A large, festive crowd on the Kalamazoo Mall enjoyed the parade, a prelude to the real celebration and wearin' o'the green on Tuesday.
