This show is not just for family, but everyone: seniors, teens, children and adults who have an interest in staying fit, healthy and well," according to their Facebook page.

Hear speakers, watch demonstrations and explore new and proven health care products covering all aspects of health and fitness for people of all ages. Kalamazoo area non-profit agencies that help our community will also be on hand to speak with you.
