Delightful Seniors Form Patriotic Flash Mob at Battle Creek Farmer’s Market

Patriotism and average age were high and smiles were wide as a flash mob made up of senior citizens surprises the Battle Creek Farmer's market.

On August 10, residents of Heritage and Lakeview assisted living communities in Battle Creek showed off their skills with patriotic flair at the Farmer's Market.

Watch as shoppers are surprised by "You're A Grand Old Flag" while selecting asparagus. Attention was diverted from arugula and kale as the program's music moved into "This Land Is Your Land" as the spry seniors executed choreographed dance moves from camp chairs, wheelchairs and Rascal scooters.
