School Sports Means Pre-Participation Physical

Back to school means more than hitting the books; it's time for extra-curricular activities!

The Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) requires that any student participating in school sporting events must complete a pre-participation physical.

The MHSAA Physical Examination Clearance Form can be completed by most health care providers. Here is what to expect:
