Prostitute Steals Man’s Wallet, Man Calls Battle Creek Police

Battle Creek police officers responded to an unusual call when a man claimed he had his wallet stolen by a prostitute. WWMT reports police were called to the 40 block of Clark Road late Sunday evening by a 53-year-old man who said he was taking a bathroom break when the woman took off with his wallet. It reportedly happened after he had picked up the woman at a nearby liquor store and brought her to his apartment.

The woman was located several hours later and the man's possessions were discovered on her person. A request for a warrant has been submitted, but any specific charges related to the case have not been made available at this time.
