Professional Bull Rider on Kalamazoo’s Country Friday Morning

Neil Holmes will be on the Morning Drive with Bobby Guy Friday morning just after 9:30.

The Professional Bull Riders (PBR) tour is in Battle Creek at Kellogg Arena for shows on Thursday and Friday, January 22 and 23.  Tickets are still on sale, prices begin at just $15.

Neil Holmes is a bull rider, but don't call him a cowboy.

"I really don't consider myself a cowboy," he told reporter Cynthia Dagnal-Myron in September. "To me, a cowboy is someone that is actually farming and ranching. Me, myself, I feel that I'm just a bull rider with the best job in the world.

I've got a pretty good job, and I don't have to get in the ring with an angry bull.  We'll talk about living the dream and Neil making history on the PBR Tour Friday on Kalamazoo's Country.
