Pranksters Pull Fire Alarm Twice
Residents at the Vintage Apartments On Saint Joseph street in Paw Paw were interrupted from their routines on Friday and Easter Sunday activities when someone pulled the fire alarm.
Both nights the alarm was set off between 8:00 and 8:30 pm according to a volunteer fire fighter that I spoke with. He was unsure if it was the same alarm that was pulled or if it was in the same building. These false alarms create panic and cost tax payers a lot of money because they rolled out both ladder trucks as well as all the support vehicles.
If you have any information that could help track down whoever set off the alarm, I would urge you to contact the Paw Paw Fire Marshall at 657-5571.
