Developing a workplace romance is nothing uncommon. But isn't everyday that a couple, who happen to be TV anchors, get engaged on a live broadcast. That's exactly what happened earlier this week in Northern Michigan.

Two news anchors, Sam Bauman and Blair Caldwell, at TV6 & Fox UP in Marquette got engaged on live TV and she had no idea what was about to happen. She shared this on her Facebook,

BREAKING NEWS THIS MORNING; Sam Bauman and I got engaged!
I am so excited and feeling the love this morning. I always knew I loved the U.P., but its officially someplace special to me now. So grateful TV6 & FOX UP brought Sam and I together and also allowed this day to happen.
