Michigan Lawmakers Respond To News Of John McCain’s Death

In a statement from his wife Cindy McCain and a news release from the Arizona senator's office, it was announced Saturday evening the John McCain had lost his battle with glioblastoma, an aggressive type of brain cancer.

On Friday, it was reported that the war hero had decided to end treatment. Family began gathering as it was stated his death would be imminent. McCain's wife and children were purportedly by his side as he passed.
