Defense lawyers, Jerry Buting and Dean Strang, from the NETFLIX series announce that they are touring North America.

 Making a Murderer follows the life of Steven Avery whose family owned an auto salvage yard in Manitowoc County. In 1985, Avery was arrested and convicted of the sexual assault despite having an alibi. After serving 18 years in prison, Avery was exonerated with the aid of the Innocence Project, when the DNA in the case was matched to another man. After he was released from prison he filed a $36 million civil lawsuit against Manitowoc County and several county officials associated with his first arrest. After filing the lawsuit, he was accused of the murder of Teresa Halbach, a photographer who was seen on the Avery family property to photograph a minivan for sale.

Enter Attorneys Jerry Buting and Dean Strang. They are Avery's defense attorney's in the case and Featured in the 10 episode series, are now touring to have a Q&A with the public and will be at Devos Place March 20th and tickets are available for this event.

Film makers are also planing a second season due to the stranger Than Fiction panel discussion at New York’s IFC Center according to director Laura Ricciardi.
