Kalamazoo’s Country Honored by Alzheimer’s Association

Sponsorship plaque for Walk To End Alzheimer's support awarded to Kalamazoo's Country.

It was our pleasure to be a part of the Kalamazoo area Walk To End Alzheimer's last September at Mayor's Riverfront Park.

It was a memorable day of celebration and commemoration as hundreds gathered to walk to support loved ones with the memory-crippling disease.

Kristin Burt, the Walk chair was nice enough to drop by the Kalamazoo Country studios to present us with a plaque and we, in turn have promised to continue to be a part of the efforts to end Alzheimer's.

If you have a loved one suffering from Alzheimer’s or dementia, you know how devastating this disease can be, not only on the individual but the entire family. All funds raised through Walk to End Alzheimer’s further the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association. The Alzheimer’s Association is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
