Kalamazoo Shooting Uber Suing Hoaxer Is At It Again

A lawsuit filed last month from Dalton is a hoax, now one suing Giffords?

According to a news story from ABC NEWS, A lawsuit was filed agains Uber on behalf of Dalton blaming the company for his mental breakdown is a hoax.

According to Kalamazoo County Undersheriff Paul Matyas,

We have confirmed there is no way Jason Dalton wrote or had this lawsuit written, Dalton himself denies having anything to do with it.

Now, a lawsuit thought to have been filed by the man who shot Gabrielle Giffords in Tucson, Ariz. in 2011 apparently is also a hoax.

Cosme Lopez, with the U.S. Attorney's Office District of Arizona, told FOX NEWS,

Attorneys for convicted killer Jared Lee Loughner notified the court that Loughner didn't file or authorize the lawsuit

It is believed that both lawsuits were filed by the same person living in Philadelphia.

Tucson News Now reported that Dalton’s fake lawsuit and the Arizona suit both bare similar traits. They both have the same three stamps in the right corner, similar handwriting styles and are postmarked in Philadelphia.

So this begs the question, "who's next"? A suit against the manufacturer of the knife found on O.J's property because it wasn't the murder weapon?
