When it comes to things that are made in Michigan, I think the first thing that people often think of is cars.

In all honesty, that's totally fair. Detroit is known as the Motor City; we're home to the "Big Three" automakers (General Motors, Ford Motor Company, and Chrysler); and we have events like the Telegraph Cruise and the Woodward Dream Cruise.
But, there's a lot more to Michigan-made products than just cars. Michigan is home to many delicious food options, too.
I'm always on the lookout for yummy Michigan-made products. It's a great opportunity to support locally made things while also getting a delicious product.

American Spoon Preserves
American Spoon makes delicious jams and jellies, sundae toppings, drink mixes, and more. My favorite product is the Early Glow Strawberry Preserves, which are only available seasonally and made in small batches.
Grand Traverse Sauce Company Hot Sauce
Grand Traverse Sauce Company makes a delicious variety of hot sauces, honey, maple syrup, and drink mixers. The best hot sauces, in my humble opinion, are the Gril Boss (pineapple habanero) and Kickstand (smoky, hot, and sweet, made with Fresno peppers).
Koegel's Hotdogs
There's nothing better than a Koegel's hotdog from the grill. They get that delicious char on them.
Germack Pistachio Co.
Germack is most well known for its pistachios, which they famously sell at Comerica Park for Tigers games. However, they make hundreds of different products now, like coffee and sweet nut mixes.
Hudsonville Ice Cream
Hudsonville ice cream takes classic flavors like vanilla, chocolate, butter pecan, and more, and makes them exceptionally well. Basically any Hudsonville flavor is delicious.
McClure's Pickles
McClure's is known for its variety of yummy pickles, but they also make things like Bloody Mary mix.
