It's an interesting topic of discussion every year for families who put up the Christmas Lights... when should they be taken down? Well, there's some that say the answer is obvious, but others who would disagree.

And then we all have that one family member who just leaves them up all year-round. But for those of us who don't want darkened-lights on our home all year, when do you think the best time to take them down would be?

Let's face it, we live in Michigan, and show is something that could happen any time between September and April. Immediately, snow will bring us back to the holiday spirit, thinking of sleighs and winter-wonderlands. It's nearly impossible to NOT sing "Let it Snow" in your head in some capacity.

Around Christmas, though, those holiday feelings are accentuated with the addition of Christmas decorations and lights. But, when should we take them down? When is the best time to do it?
