Since the early 2000s, Martin Krcaj, better known as Truth Martini, has been in the professional wrestling industry, working for various independent companies, such as All American Wrestling, Ring of Honor, and many other great federations throughout the state of Michigan.

He’s held many titles over the course of his career, and the owner of the House of Truth wrestling school was one that he particularly took pride in. Since then, so many well-known names in the independent wrestling scene have been able to proudly claim themselves as alumni from the House of Truth.

But over the past few years, Detroit Red Wings legend Darren McCarty has taken a strong interest in professional wrestling, and has started to get involved with companies like Impact Wrestling, and even started a morning video podcast, Wake & Bake with Michigan professional wrestlers, Tommy Vendetta and Shwartzy.

It was on their podcast page recently that they announced that the House of Truth wrestling school would be officially changing its name to the Grind Time Wrestling Academy, as Darren McCarty has bought into the business.

Truth Martini remains as a wrestling coach at the school, but this is a huge collaboration and one that will draw even more excitement to wanting to become a professional wrestler

Truth was originally trained by WWE Veteran Al Snow and Crusher Kline, and his contributions from the House of Truth wrestling school have been massive.

Notable alumni from the school are WWE wrestlers Alex Shelley, Jimmy Jacobs, and Donovan Ganhausen, as well as a large number of young up-and-coming professionals
