Home Free are back with a new track that demonstrates all over again why they are one of the most beloved vocal groups in country music. The celebrated quintet have covered Crosby, Stills & Nash's "Helplessly Hoping" in a stunning new acapella arrangement.

The group's signature vocal blend takes on a new maturity on the track. It features them starting with two voices on the first lines and building throughout the course of the song until they are voicing not only all of the original parts from the original CSN recording, but several additional parts in a shimmering, almost choir-like arrangement that is profoundly effective.

Stephen Stills is the sole writer on "Helplessly Hoping," which CSN recorded for their self-titled first album in 1969. In fact, it was a product of the group's first-ever recording session together. CSN released it as the B-side to "Marrakesh Express," and over the years it's become a classic and a fan favorite. Most recently it plays a major role in the film Annihilation, starring Natalie Portman.

Home Free shot to prominence after winning the fourth season of The Sing-Off in 2013. The band are currently on their Timeless Tour, which runs into early summer in support of their 2017 album of the same name
