Ford Explorers may be making owners sick due to exhaust fumes entering the vehicle. 

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Launched an investigation into reports of exhaust fumes entering the passenger compartment of 2011 to 2015 Ford Explorers. According to a document released July of 2016 stating that there have been 154 consumer complaints of exhaust and other odors entering the passenger compartment of the vehicle. That number has since grown to more then 450 complaints according to a news report from WHNT news who also shared a video of a Newport Beach, California Police officer passing out and hitting a tree.

As you can see, this can become a very dangerous situation, The Newport Beach PD has even put carbon monoxide detectors in there Explorer patrol vehicles.

Ford has not yet issued a recall on these vehicles.
