Kalamazoo Institute of Arts (KIA) is offering a custom kite design workshop on Saturday, March 19 from 9 a.m.- 3 p.m.

More than just a couple of sticks, some paper and a tail made from an old pillowcase, you will get inspiration from the KIA exhibition, "Colour Correction: British and American Screenprints, 1967-75" and then screen-print your own kite. Instructions on assembly will follow and you're ready to take to the skies!

All materials are provided, ages 10 and up are recommended. The cost for the kite-building workshop is $100 for two, $80 for KIA members.
