
Dark Meat
It's late September and the days are getting shorter.
As you know, the weather can change quickly here in Michigan.
After a full day of work, a quick nap and a run around Austin Lake, I wanted to take advantage of another outstanding Fall day by firing up the grill.

I should mention that I live in Comstock, where a township ordinance prohibits gas grills at apartment complexes.
I reluctantly stowed away mine in the garage here at the radio station and haven't used it much at all this Summer.
Even though it was not even 8:30 by the time I got everything together it was already getting dark.
I was determined to have my grilled pork chops, so I improvised.

We're thinking of adding a drive-up window to Kalamazoo's Country.
