Charges Filed Against Brian Zanetti

The person of interest in a murder Friday morning in Battle Creek may be returning back to the area after a weekend arrest in Illinois. The Calhoun County Prosecutor’s Office has officially filed charges against 47-year-old Brian Zanetti for murder and firearm charges in the death of 67-year-old Frank Zanetti inside Battle Creek Tile and Mosaic. Brian Zanetti was arrested in a Chicago suburb on unrelated charges Saturday, with local investigators travelling there to interview him. The charges filed are open murder, carrying a concealed weapon and use of a firearm in a felony.
