There's nothing like a home cooked meal, right Brad Paisley?! The superstar and CMA Awards co-host Carrie Underwood reminisce over past events ... and why one CMAs ended a little prematurely.

Now that the two megastars are in their seventh year of hosting the CMA Awards, they're looking back the early days and where it all started. Again sitting in director's chairs backstage, they reminisce, thinking back to Paisley's basement where a small crowd of kids -- and mini Underwood and Paisley -- are gathered.

Underwood announces the country stars who are slated to appear, including Luke BryanMiranda LambertLady AntebellumTim McGrawJason Aldean, the Band PerryKeith Urban and Blake Shelton, and their real-life yearbook photos pop up on the projector. Just when Paisley is wrapping up naming the artist, he is interrupted by his mom who announces it's time for dinner!

"Be right there, mom!" little Paisley says, trying to finish the last few words before going for spaghetti. "I gotta go, Carrie."

Cut back to the present, and Paisley's cell rings. "Hi mom! Ok, I'll be right there," he answers the phone before turning to Underwood: "She's making pasketti!"

The 2014 CMA Awards air live starting at 8PM ET on Nov. 5 via ABC, and if these commercials tell us anything, it's that this year's show is going to be hilarious!
