Why Are These Unmarked Black Helicopters Flying Close to the Michigan Border? [VIDEO]

It's certainly the stuff on conspiracy and the X-Files. Why were unmarked helicopters spotted in the skies near Michigan's southern border?

The video comes from earlier today (May 12) from South Bend, Indiana and was uploaded to YouTube and shared on Reddit.

One possible explanation comes from reddit user say592:

I'd expect a lot more unusual activity in the next couple of weeks with Pence speaking at commencement. Probably a decent amount of secret service and federal law enforcement poking around to finalize plans.

Indeed the Vice President and former Indiana governor is slated to give the commencement address at Notre Dame on May 21.
